Above is a 1971 Honda CT90 that had been purchased new by the owner and
stored for several years. The bike is in rough condition and will
require a complete frame off restoration. The bike was completely disassembled and the owner painted the frame,
fenders, swingarm, headlight bucket, and covers. The motor was rebuilt,
new tires installed, all new bearings, new mirrors, new cables, new
seat cover, new grips, new tail light, new levers, and all the parts
that were not available were cleaned to shine like new or painted. The
completed picture on the right does not show how nice this bike really
is now. It looks better than it did when it rolled off the showroom
floor in 1971.
Below is a 1999 Honda TRX400EX that was brought to us with a bad crankshaft, worn out front end, a bent steering stem, a worn out rear-end, and many more issues. This ATV will be getting a complete facelift and should be back to its original luster when we are done.
The completed quad is pictured at the right. It received a new crankshaft, bearings, seals, shift shaft, and a new 416 ring kit in the motor. The chassis got all new a-arm bushings on the top and bottom of both sides, new tie rods, a new steering stem, a swingarm rebuild kit, and new front brake calipers. Quite a transformation.
